I tried thin gloves which works ok, but this mitt is the best idea. My hand is holding the paddle exactly the same way I would be holding it normally. I can easily adjust the grip between shots. The mitt keeps the wind and chilled air out. It is also not too hot that I can keep it on for a longer period of time. Give this a try!
